Electro-Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) is a gentle, non-invasive technique that stimulates the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system using a combination of vibrational, light, and electrical waves. This process helps break down trapped proteins (not nutrient proteins) in the interstitial spaces, allowing stagnant lymph to flow through normal filtration and reabsorption pathways.
