Reflexology
Restore your body’s balance – and experience deep relaxation – with reflexology.
Your feet do so much more than carry you from Point A to Point B! They actually serve as a map or a blueprint of the entire body, inside and out. Every single organ – the ears, eyes, nose, brain, heart, lungs, stomach, colon, etc. – is reflected in the feet in a very specific way. As a result, chronic and acute health issues manifest themselves in the foot through calcium deposits, calluses, and tender or painful areas, similar to knots in the back.
Essentially, every physical injury, illness, or chronic issue an individual experiences has been imprinted in their feet. Reflexology allows a practitioner to find and work on those spots, encouraging healing at a deep level. Applying pressure to the problem areas on the feet promotes the release of tensions in other areas of the body, bringing the body back into balance.
The wonderful part of reflexology – besides the state of blissful tranquility it can bring — is that each session treats both feet comprehensively, which improves overall health and rejuvenates the entire being. Reflexology also facilitates lymphatic drainage, which triggers the release of built-up toxins that can keep our body’s systems from functioning at their best.
